Order Amount / Delivery Fees:

Orders of HK$350 or more are eligible for free delivery.

Orders totaling less than HK$350 will incur a delivery fee of HK$50.

If the order total falls below HK$350 after using a promotional code, a delivery fee of HK$50 will still apply.

Order Processing and Delivery Time:

Delivery Areas/Addresses: We currently only accept orders for delivery to residential addresses, company addresses, and specified SF Express lockers (including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, and outlying islands). We do not support delivery to international, overseas, Macau, or postal box addresses. If the provided address differs from the actual delivery address, leading to delivery complications and product returns, we will not refund the delivery fee, but it will not affect your order refund.

Failed Delivery Arrangements: If, for personal reasons, you cannot receive your order as scheduled, please contact SF Express to make alternative arrangements. SF Express may charge an additional administrative fee. If you do not make alternative delivery arrangements within 2 weeks from the delivery date, we may cancel your order without issuing a refund.

Dispatch Arrangements: Upon successful order placement and payment completion, the system will dispatch the order based on the provided delivery address and payment time. Our Healtheries online store operates on weekdays from Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays. Orders successfully placed and paid for by midnight (12:00 AM) will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be dispatched one working day later. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Arrangements: All products from our store will be delivered by SF Express, typically within two to three days, with delivery notifications based on SF Express delivery notices. Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays (e.g., Christmas, Lunar New Year, and Easter), Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher, or the Black Rainstorm Warning. We do not assume any responsibility for product delivery delays for any reason.

Can I return products purchased online?

We hope you will have a pleasant shopping experience on this website. As long as the following return policy is met, we are happy to arrange the return of the products you purchased online.

Please call the Hong Kong customer service hotline 5295-7976 to handle the above request during office hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-12:00 and 2:00-5:00 pm / closed on weekends and public holidays) within seven days of receiving the goods.

Returned goods must be in good, unsealed and resalable condition.

All included gifts and premiums must be in their original condition.

If you need to arrange a courier to collect the goods to be returned, and we are willing to bear the freight, we will be happy to arrange a transportation company for you. The courier will charge the delivery fee directly to you.

Please ensure that the recipient's mobile phone number and delivery address provided at the time of purchase are correct to receive pickup notification messages or phone calls.

Ownership, risk, and any loss and/or damage of the products you purchase pass to you when the products leave our premises, provided that we have received full and valid payment for the products.
