Recommended Dosage

Adults:Initially take 1 capsule daily with food and increase to 2 daily as required, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

If you have an existing heart condition (regardless of whether you are taking medication), do not take more than 1 capsule daily. You should only increase this if your healthcare practitioner is supervising you.

This product contains wheatgerm oil, but no wheat protein. If you are sensitive to wheat, this product may not be suitable for you.
